Hi, I'm looking for a flatmate(s) to share my house, I have two corgi dogs. I work in retail with flexi hours and I'm fluent in Welsh and English. I enjoy watching most sports, love gardening, walking the dogs, love to cook. I live in a quiet area of North Cornelly which has 3 pubs, fish shop, chinese's, Post Office, big local supermarkets and off-licence and many more. My house is a semi-detached with a South facing lovely back garden. Both rooms are fully furnished with a bed, have a wardrobe with bedside cabinet. The single room has a dressing come computer table and the double room has a computer table. The single room has a tv with freeview and a seperate dvd player. The double room will have a tv with built-in freeview when occupied. All the utility bills will be paid by myself so your only outgoings will be your rent. I don't mind who I share with as long as you like dogs. There is parking facilities outside the house. I have a downstairs toilet, large kitchen/diner with a range cooker, conservatory with sky HD and a front living room with Freesat which you can feel free to use. The south facing garden is large and I have 2 sheds that you can store things in. The garden has a large deck to sunbathe on with a lovely summer house down at the bottom to relax in during our lovely weather
