Hi there, I am looking for a like-minded female housemate (would consider couple) to rent either a single or double room in my newly bought 3-bed detached house. I have just bought a 50% share of a brand new, never lived in, house, decorated and furnished to a very high standard. Double room A425 OR single room A350. The double is a good size and so is the single. The double room has the added benefit of a balcony-style double doors as oppose to a window which is great during hot days and nites and for getting sum fresh air without leaving your room during study times ect. Rent includes all utilities, council tax, tv license, use of whole house/garden, wireless internet, sky tv in lounge, washing machine, kitchen appliances etc.
The property is surrounded by other brand new properties and is set on its own with front and back, well kept, gardens, great for weekend bbq's! It is located in a quiet cul-de-sac off of Oldham road, which is perfect for those looking for a quiet location, with good amenities and excellent transport links-the bus stop is less than a 30second walk from the front door which runs every 5minutes into the city centre (only 2ish miles away! )
For those, who like me have a bike, Manchester city centre/uni is only a 10mins cycle. There is no garden shed YET (i intend to buy one soon) but the garden is secure and I leave my bike covered over in the garden.
There is a lounge that will have sky tv which I hope to have sum good films in! (would consider having sky fitted in housemates room at their expense). There is a family-size bathroom upstairs that will be shared with me, and also a WC downstairs. The kitchen is fully fitted and access to all amenities in the house are included in rent. I have both a single and double room spare in the house and only need one for my study area so am willing to rent either room and will keep the other for myself.
ABOUT ME! : I am a mature 21year old female who currently works for the NHS but will begin studying medicine in september. My studies are very important to me so I will be mainly about the house studying during the week (but I promise I can have a good laugh at weekends! ). I live with my 2 dalmatian doggies who I love to bits and its vital that my housemate can do so too! they are very well behaved and very clean and just love hugs and attention! I have a partner who will be living locally and will stay over, he is lovely and similar to; easy-going, fun and friendly.
I love a good night out at weekends with drinks and music and would love to find a housemate to share these nights with!
I am very clean and tidy and couldnt stand living in student digs for this reason! I do expect similar of my housemate, however, they need not be a clean freak! just clean and tidy!
I am quite a girly girl and love everything clothes, shoes and make-up! would be great to find a housemate to share some girly nights in with!
My potient housemate will be a female of any age, who is fun-loving, down to earth, clean and tidy, sociable, kind and caring, loves animals, likes a drink and a dance at weekends but is respectful of quiet during the week!
