Looking to move into a new house, have one in particular in mind, looking for someone dependable to split the rent and deposit with. It's a 4 bedroom house in Warrenpoint town centre, rent is £450 a month in total. 1 or 2 house mates would be ideal for splitting the rent. I'm willing to put the tenancy agreement into my own name if no one else wants to for any reason.

Once moved in, I plan to get broadband and tv, so splitting the costs of that would be necessary if you'll be using them, but that'll only be a couple of pounds extra a week.
