It is a good location in Newquay close to the towncentre but certainly not noisy.
The rent is £450pcm inc utility bills. I will require a deposit of 1 months rent.
The house is very clean as it is newly decorated. with a brand new kitchen. It has a lovely south facing back garden.
The bedroom can be furnished or unfurnished
There are 2x reception rooms, kitchen, bathroom and seperate toilet.
I am a friendly, social girl age 34 looking for someone like minded, preferably a female.
This is a long term let and would suit a professional person.
It is available immediately but I can be flexible on the moving in date.
