We have a double room available in a beautiful, modern townhouse in Newport. The townhouse has two reception areas, nice modern kitchen, outside garden, huge bathroom and 3 bedrooms. Currently there are 3 working professionals living here. 2 Canadians (girls) and 1 Kiwi (guy). We all work during the week but do like to socialise together as well.

We are looking for someone who is working, clean and fun! The room is available now or at the beginning of January. Rent is 320 pounds per month including all bills and internet. We have currently signed a lease until May 1st 2012. Ideally we would like for someone to stay until that time, but would be willing to have someone stay short term as well.
