I have a fully furnished, double room to let in Jesmond Vale, Newcastle.

It is in a 3 bed, 1st floor flat. There are 2 other young professionals currently living there.

The flat was recently renovated, with new furniture in the bedrooms and a new bathroom fitted. Flat is professionally cleaned in the communal areas once a fortnight.

Rent is £365pcm + bills (rent includes council tax and the cleaner). Flat has wireless internet and freeview tv.

The room is available now. A refundable damage bond of 1 months rent is required. Private landlord so no agency fees. If you're interested & would like to arrange a viewing, please give me a ring.
