I am a 19 year old psychology student at Newcastle university, and I live with my 22year old boyfriend who is a professional.
The room available is spacious, clean and is also furnished with a double bed, a desk, a wardrobe and a large storage cupboard.
The house is very spacious and consists of a large living room, kitchen and bathroom and is situated within walking distance from the city centre and there are many accessible buses that go into town.
The price is A250 per month, which includes water, electricity and gas bills, however, excludes broadband. There is no need for a security deposit.
We are a very friendly couple and we would like to live with somebody who is reliable and clean and tidy!
Couples are also welcome, however the price would be A350 per month for couples.
