It is also a very safe neighbourhood, with good transport link ' 6-minute walk to South Gosforth metro station and along major bus routes. Takes only 7 minutes to get to town/university. Other local amenities include supermarkets, post office, take-aways and the all-important pubs. Jesmond dene is also very close by, for those interested in parks and open space.

The house to be shared with 2 amiable and easy-going male Newcastle University students ' one's a dental student and the other an amateur medical scientist, but both definitely not geeks! Interests include football (and other sports, mostly watching), computer games (PS3 comes with the house), films (we have enough DVDs to put blockbuster in shame), music (there's a piano in the study) and outdoor pursuits (mostly of the drinking nature).

The rent is A85 per week, and that is inclusive of all utility bills. The room is available as of now and the rent is actually up for discussion, as is the room ' there is another single room available. The room is offered to anyone, but respect of the property is much sough after.
