Gorgeous 6 bedroom house in Sandyford and looking for 1 other person to come and share it with us in July 2012 to July 2013 (Potentially 2014 aswell). This 3 story house has a large living area, large kitchen, a yard out the back with a washing line, 2 bathrooms (One which has a large bath with a shower head over the top and toilet, and the other a shower room with a toilet) and 6 large double bedroom's. The kitchen come's with a washing machine and dishwasher. The room that will be offered to you is the en-suite bedroom on the second floor. Unfortunately I don't have a picture of the room but viewings can be arranged. The room consists of a wardrobe, desk, chair and double bed with plenty of floor space. The house is situated within a 5 minute walk to the bus stop or a 10 minute walk to Northumbria University with a pub just down the road. Tenancy begins on the 4th July so you can move your stuff straight in instead of paying for storage throughout the summer. The deposit for this house was £312 but has already been paid and this covers your first months rent in July.
