Leafy lovely house in low Fell area in Gateshead. The room is huge, wooden floors, walk in wardrobe/cupboard and is furnished in a retro funky style with double bed, dressing table, single futon arm chair, wicker table and pine work table and chairs - can be let part furnished too. House has 2 lounge rooms, one with a wood burning stove and french doors that lead out to large lawned garden, a large kitchen and big double garage/bar/snug. 2 front gardens and my car sits on teh drive with on street parking right outside too.
Its a 5 min walk to the shops and pubs of Low Fell and the myriad of buses into Newcastle - takes about 15 mins. Close walk to lovely Saltwell Park too.
Rent is inclusive of all bills, council tax and wi fi access with Virgin package.

I am a 40 year old drug worker who enjoys all things cultural. Mostly found down the Ouseburn area, Tyneside Cinema or gigs and theatre. Go to yoga, poetry nights and swim - oh and making a revival on the badminton court! One of the lounge rooms does have a tv but to be honest its never on - would prefer to rent the room to someone who was out and about or preferred sharing wine, radio and chat than a tv zombie….

Room can be taken for as long as needed. Have rented out to 2 tenants so far, one for 11 months and one for 3 so am easy going. Most important is sharing my home with the right person.
