My name is Chanel. Currently I have two double bedrooms in a three-bedroom, semi detached house situated in the lovely area of Abbey Craig Road, Sauchie. The rooms are just waiting for wonderful people to come in and make it their own. The rooms are fully furnished with new carpets so no need to worry about buying furniture.

I am looking for an outgoing reliable person who regularly pays bills and who is clean and tidy.
I am a 23 year old female who is going back into full time education in Edinburgh which means alot of the time the house will be to yourself.

It s a quiet street; there is space for parking outside. All bills are included in the rent with the exception to gas and electric this is not entirely covered as I am unsure of the extra costs but this can be negotiated. The rent is A270 a month or nearest fair offer.

Within walking distance are shops, pubic transport and local pub 10 minutes down the road is Alloa town centre and the train station.
