Friendly house share of Australian, Canadian and Irish (2 females, 2 males + 1 extra to come) looking for 1 person to rent our medium sized double room. We are looking for someone fairly long term as this is more of a home than a dosser type house share but still with all the perks! It's a homely place and many people have commented that they would like to live here J

The room has a queen-sized bed (can get single if you want more space), chest of drawers, shelf and wardrobe.

The kitchen has a washing machine; dishwasher; microwave; 3 fridges; breakfast bar in the conservatory which overlooks the huge green back garden and patio doors that open out onto the decking and garden - perfect for those summer BBQs; a large lounge with Freeview, DVD and dining table, a bathroom/shower and separate loo.
There is also Wireless broadband internet. This is also an unrestricted parking area with off road space for one car.

Gladstone Park is just down the road if you like picnics, running, cycling, jogging or walking. There are also free tennis courts near by.

Dollis Hill and Neasden Tube are our nearest tubes although you can also use Kilburn (zone 2 so cheaper) if you don't mind a slightly longer bus ride (around 10/15 mins).

We require one months deposit of A350 and one months rent of A350. The rent includes all bills except gas and electricity, which should come to roughly A23 a month each, but is paid quaterley. One months notice is required.
