Hello peoples. I am offering my double room for two months over the summer while I go away travelling. (Aug and Sept The house is in North London, Muswel Hill, a beautiful villagey part of london, family friendly, and leafy. The house has a large garden and is a period victorian maisonette with wooden floors/tiles throughout. The room is very quiet as it backs on to the garden and comes furnished with double bed, desk, shelves and fireplace. The house is very rustic with lots of period features including stained glass windows and wooden floors. We grow vegetables and herbs in the garden, recycle kitchen waste, do yoga and have recently just built a fire pit. I will be leaving some things in the room so it would suit somebody with not many possessions. I live with 4 other creative professional ladies who are very easy going. We try to live in harmony with nature. no communal tv) We like to read and talk! The house backs on to Alexandra Palace park and is 5 mins from the broadway where there are lots of shops and supermarkets. 5 mins to Highgate tube by bus. (Zone2) Excellent 24 hour bus links to central London(43 and 134) Lots of woods and parks close including the wilds of Hampstead Heath. Male or female welcome. Please come and have a viewing.
