This room is located in mussleburgh next to Queen margaret university however you do not need to be a Queen margaret student to live here. This location is brilliant of you study in edinburgh as there is a train station right next to the halls which takes 5 minutes into edinburgh waverley. The room is an en-suite complete with a shower. The room itself is modern and has alot of good storage. The room also contains a desk and a computer chair. Both the room and en-suite are in very good condition. There is a shared kitchen and living area in the flat which is modern and contains all the essentials(hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle)and plenty of cupboard space. you are able to have a tv with freview but a t. v license is necessary. The price includes electricity, heating, water, wireless internet and tax. There is a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere here and my flatmates are brilliant. Iam moving out of halls because Iam taking a gap year from my studies to travel. This room has now been discounted!
