Hi!

I am looking for a nice professional tennant who can have a laugh when home but also has their own stuiff going on. The houe has recently been refurbished and is looking really nice. It is in a village location but not far to Newport Pagnell or Milton Keynes although you would need a car to live here. I am open to a Monday to Friday in which case we can negotiate the rent a bit. The room is large and if you wanted to bring some of your own furnture thats cool although it is furnished. I know it says that it is for twelve months but if you needed it for less then can have a chat about that too. I am not there so much as I am a commuter but will be about at weekends and later on in the evening. There is sky and broadband and it is literally a stones throw from the nearest pub and also close to junction 14 of the M1.

I am 28, female just getting settled back into the area myself so I am just making it my home and would like you to feel you could do the same. If you are interested drop me a line and we can go from there.
