Large converted loft bedroom in a family home, tucked away and very private with double bed, bedside tables and fitted wardrobes. Room has a small seated area with comfy chair and TV with freeview. You will share our bathroom equipped with power shower and large bath, and also share our kitchen. However our lounge will not be shared. Wireless broadband is available.

We are looking for a friendly quiet lodger who will respect our privacy and we will respect yours. We are a married couple in our 30's with two children and we are ideally looking for a quiet tenant who would use the room Monday to Friday. We live in a town house so the kitchen is the only room on lower floor, so you can cook in peace as we would all be upstairs in the lounge of an evening. My husband works early shifts so is in bed by 9pm most nights, and I work evenings so house is quiet at night.

£300 a month Monday to Friday

£360 a month Monday to Sunday
