This house is a 5 bedroom victorian house. The room which is available is a spacious double room, and features a wardrobe, sofa, chest of drawers and double bed. There are two bathrooms in the house and a large living room. There is also a utility room and a good sized kitchen. The other people who live in the house are currently 2nd year and masters degree students, two of which are a couple and the other two people are single.
We are looking for an individual to rent out this room anytime from the 30th december through until June. The rent is very cheap, around £40 per week and all bills are split between the house members and so is usually only around £10 per week. All food shopping is done individually to avoid any disagreements. The room is advertised to one person, however couples are very welcome.
