A well-sized double bedroom is available in a furnished 4 bed semi-detached house just off of Linthorpe Road and 3-5 minutes walk from Teesside University (you can see it from the house). The room is fully furnished, and while spacious enough, is smaller than the other bedrooms in the house, so we've made it slightly cheaper to reflect that. There is a shared living room with 3 comfy sofas, and a large shared kitchen, which is in my opinion the best feature in the house. There is a single bathroom, with a toilet and shower/bath.

Bills are excluded from the rent. We intend to get at least 50Mb broadband. The lease starts 02/07/12, and runs until 16/06/13. Rent is half price from 02/07/12 to 02/09/12, just £21.50!

The three people who will be living there are myself, Cal, Carl and Matt. We're first year Computer Games Design/Animation and Computer Animation students at Teesside.
