Hello

There are two snug double rooms available for £380 per month inclusive of kitty and all bills. I will be furnishing the room if required. The house is an end of terrace with a slab back garden, patio set and washing line. There is an utility room as well as a bathroom (so 2 toilets) and there is a large living room. The house is quite quirky, creative, and very homely. Most things are provided for such as utensils, cutlery, plates, toaster, hoover, washing machine etc. All the mod cons, Wireless Internet, Sky TV, Phone are also included. The area is quiet and the house is situated near the town and the station (15 min walk max) so if you cannot drive either it would be ideal. There is a Co-op on the same road and a Chinese, and the situation of the house offers several different walking routes and short cuts

I am looking for someone who is happy to share cleaning duties so is relatively tidy, but also someone who is friendly, respectful and reliable. I am the live-in landlord but I commute for a 9-5 job so I am away from the house quite often.
