This room is part of a 3 bed apartment on the second floor of the Stone Mill Court complex in Meanwood. The apartment is fully furnished (these pictures were taken before I moved in! ) and you would be sharing with 2 guys, (PhD student 26yrs and entrepreneur 39yrs).

There is a new Waitrose supermarket opening soon just around the corner as well as an Arcadia pub/restaurant (same as the one in Headingley).

Free off-road parking available and quick access to the city centre and ring road. 5-10mins walk into Headingley and excellent bus service into Leeds city centre.

There are superb views of the Meanwood Valley from the apartment and it is just 5 mins walk from Meanwood Park and woods, ideal for running/football etc.

Whilst not a huge room (2.5m x 3m) it is clean and airy and laid out very well to make the most of the space. The room currently has a single bed and desk. If you'd like a bigger bed these can be replaced with a three-quarter width bed on request. On the floorplan diagram, the room for rent is bedroom 2.

The rent is very reasonable at A55 per week (A240pcm) plus utility bills contribution of A50pcm. This includes wifi internet, TV licence, water rates, gas, electricity, phone line rental and council tax.
