There is a Double furnished room available now in our 3 bedrooms shared house in Meanwood, Leeds (LS6 4HG).
The house is located in Meanwood, next to the new Waitrose supermarket and Meanwood Park, with easy access to Headingley, Chapel Allerton and Town Center.

It is a lovely stone Cottage with grass garden, space to park vehicles and out of people eyes but in center a Meanwood life. The area is lovely and quiet with lots of supermarkets around, pub, shops, gym. There is a bus stop to town just outside on the road and pass every 10 minutes.

The house has been refurbished recently and so it’s in good condition. There is a separate large modern kitchen, a living-room, 2 toilets, a modern bathroom and a “laundry” where things can be store like bicycles. House is equipped with washing machine, internet connection and phone line.

The room available is a Double bed room with a large window furnished with wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table.

You will be sharing with 2 other friendly professionals in their late twenties. Looking for somebody friendly that is willing to make new friends.

I am leaving because I have to go to Germany for a new job, otherwise it wouldn't cross my mind leaving this place.

The rent + all the bills come to £335 per month.
