Hi, I have a room to let, in middleton. I live on a quite street in a3 bedroomed house. There are easy accese to transport and easy to get to middleton, rochdale or town from my house as there are buses on either side of the street soonly one bus would be needed where ever you go. The price is for all bills including, water, gas/electric, internet ect… You will have access to a washing machine and a dryer, cooker ect. the only thing you will have to buy is your own food. but can share the kitchen space. The price is for the room but if you are a couple it would be an extra £50 a month due to the higher bills.
Anyone welcome, but must repect the house and a few rules for load noise after 10pm with me working early mornings.
I am a quite person but is very friendly and sociable.
