It's a massive, beautiful, listed building - with a bathroom, shower room, two reception rooms, an outside courtyard, gigantic garden, basement, massive cooker, great facilities etc. It's the nicest house I've ever lived in!

It's also 5 minutes walk from from Levenshulme rail station and bus links.

We are all twenty-something working professionals who also happen to be very musical - but we're very inclusive and have lived in shared places before so would welcome anyone of any age or tastes!

Rent is £300pcm + bills.
