Hi everyone,
I'm subletting my room in Rusholme for the months of March and April, as I'm going to Europe for research purposes. The rent is 300 £ (bills included), and you'd be sharing the flat with two girls (one student, one not) around 24 y. o. , who are really nice and sociable.
The room I'm letting is the largest in the flat, and there's plenty of light (as much as there can be in Manchester), a double bed, two cupboards, a bookshelf, a wardrobe, a classical guitar, two lamps and a desk.
the flat: one bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen, and a small backyard. plus the girls' rooms and a living room.
in sum, I must say it's a very nice room in a very nice flat, in a quiet area 200 m from the mythical Curry Mile.

we love sociable people, however the house is not for party animals. the two girls are smokers, but they smoke in the backyard: this means that if you're a smoker you're welcome, but you'll have to smoke in the backyard too, as I'm not a smoker myself and definitely would not like a smoked room when I'm back. no cheating, I can smell that ;)
