En-Suite Single bedroom £107/week + £200 deposit - Flatshare

Due to personal issues, I have to move out and need to find someone to take over my contract. It is located at Liberty Living (Sir Charles Groves Hall) which is just next to the Royal Northern College of Music, and 2-3 min walk to the MMU and Man Uni. Bus stop is just outside of the building. This is really convenient and to live, to study there, particularly for those who want to live nearby University campus.
You will be sharing the kitchen with the other 3 flatmates, who are students of Music College and are really friendly and nice. The room is a single en-suite with all utilities, such as internet included in the rent. There is also elevator included in the building.
Please feel free to contact if you are interested in taking it as I need to move out asap.
I will give an internet fee + deposite to you if take over my room now.
