Hi,
I have a double room available in a beautiful flat directly on Beech Road. My current housemate is moving out due to work commitments so her room has become available. The flat is in a fantastic location - ideal for making the most of all the lovely cafes, restaurants, bars and shops nearby.
The flat is two bedroom, two bathroom so each room has its own bathroom. There is also a juliet balcony in the bedroom which overlooks the art gallery downstairs. I do not own the flat but the landlord is very helpful and friendly.
A little about me - I am a 28 year old teacher. I enjoy going to gigs, galleries, cinema and socialising in Chorlton and town. I am looking for a down to earth and friendly flatmate - male or female.
