This is 4 bedroom house with 2 reception rooms, bathroom, downstairs loo, kitchen and nice garden with small patio area. The attic room has got en suite bathroom. The house is fully furnished.

The room which we are looking to fill is the attic room. It is quite spacious room, which could be accomodated with single or double bed and has got its own bathroom. Alternatively we have got another double bedroom curenty not in use, as well as one of our reception rooms is not much in use either.

The house is 5 mins drive or 15 mins walk to Trafford centre and about 10 mins bus drive to Eccles town centre. There are local take aways, pub and supermarket just down the road.

We are idealy looking for one housemate, however might consider couple, preferably for at least 6 months. Idealy it could be a girl, as there are already 2 guys in the house, but not nececeraly. This is not a tipical house share, more like a family house, thought we arent a real family, just a good friends. We are all full time working, 2 of us originaly from Slovakia and 1 from Czech Republic, we all spaek fluent English.
