We are currently living in student accommodation provided by MMU, but for our 2nd year we are moving into a student house just off Oxford Rd (near Whitworth Park).
This is a perfect location to get to uni with ease and access to local shops (Asda, Lidl, Superdrug, Sainsburys Local, Tesco express etc). Also there are a few local bars around the area and we are between Fallowfield and the City Centre which is ideal for going out and having a good night.
The house has 6 Double bedrooms and they are all en-suites. There is a spacious kitchen with new modern fittings including; gas cooker and oven, breakfast bar, granite worktops, dishwasher, doubled-door fridge freezer, tumbler dryer and washing machine. There is also a back garden and the house is highly secure with spacious rooms and high ceilings. If you drive, roadside parking is also available. Additionally, there is a large LCD TV included with TV licencing. Finally, ALL BILLS are included in the rent (Gas, Electricity, Water, Wireless Internet).
Between the 5 of us there is 3 girls and 2 boys. We are between the ages of 18 and 23, all outgoing and would enjoy the accompany of someone with similar attributes and who is up for a laugh. It doesn't matter if you are a 1st, 2nd or 3rd year student, boy or girl, anyone is welcome! :)
We all study a mixture of different subjects including English, Fine Art, History and Criminology, and would like another like minded student to fill the gap in this amazing property!
