NB - the rent is cheap because I only accept FEMALES. I'm fed up with disrespectful males.
Rules of the house… 1) no shoes EVER to be worn indoors. 2) NO male overnight visitors and lastly, clean-as-you-go communal areas. That's all folks. That's why the rent's cheap and ALL bills included = no extras.
5 minute stroll from both East and West stations. Bus terminus 2 minutes. J Sainsbury 3 minutes. Tesco local 4 minutes. Boots 2 minutes. Pubs/clubs/eateries between 3 and 8 minutes away including Nacho's, Pizza express, MacDonalds etc. 2 shopping centres a stroll away. Parking Permits available for £25 October to October from the council. (2 minutes away). other parking sites available at no cost on first-come-first-parked basis.
Smokers are welcome but you have to go outside. DSS welcome. NO pets though. sorry (I do love cats). As long as the rent is paid EVERY Friday we will get along just great.
