Hi, I am a former student looking for someone to replace me at a rented four-bedroom house in the heart of Maidstone.

The room is the biggest double room in the house, and comes with three chest of drawers, one large wardrobe, a large mirror, and a computet desk. There is also a pantry, living room, front room, large kitchen and garden.

There are two other students living there at the moment studying at UCA Maidstone (Formerly K. I. A. D) up until June 2012 when the contract ends.

The house is literally five minutes walking distance of the local gym, shopping centres, nightlife and train station. Furthermore, the house is situated on a very quiet road. If you have a car, there is free parking in the halls of residence which is on the road adjacent.
