I am living in my own 4 bedroom bungalow in a beautiful village location 3 miles from Louth. The house is modern, has a large back garden, patio, pond and orchard. It is a lovely quiet area, parking for 4 cars on the driveway.

There is a massive lounge, leading on to the patio and pond area, dining room, kitchen, utility room, office, bathroom, toilet, and 4 double bedrooms all with built in wardrobes. My room has an en suite so the other rooms share their own bathroom. I am advertising for 1 house mate but it would also be suitable for 2 sharers in total obviously at a lower rent when shared out. Would suit professional person, student, or a couple. Please no children.
