Hi. I'm currently looking for a new flatmate to share a lovely spacious 3 bed Victorian conversion split level flat from end of August/start of September

The room is a double (4m x 3m approx). It's a sunny, bright room with a cupboard, wooden floors and an original fireplace. It has garden views and is not overlooked. The room is A530 month. Bills are A90 month. The room is unfurnished but if you don't already have furniture, it's something that could be negotiated with the landlord.

The flat has a fitted kitchen with a large fridge freezer, washer dryer, dishwasher. The lounge is a nice, bright good-sized room and there are 2 bathrooms with great power showers. The flat has storage space, gas central heating and wireless broadband.

The flat is well located in a quiet, peaceful, leafy area close to the shops, restaurants and bars of Stroud Green Road and it's a short walk into Crouch End. Finsbury park itself is just down the road and there's another smaller park a couple of minutes away. There is street parking. It's a 10 min walk to Finsbury park (zone 2) tube/rail station, (couple of mins on bus) 2 mins walk to Haringey rail station (trains to Kings Cross, Moorgate, Old street. ) Either way it's less than 30 mins door to door into central London.

Looking for someone who wants a friendly easygoing place to call home. You will be sharing with 2 others. Looking for like-minded people ' considerate and sociable, looking for people who would like to occasionally cook together, have a few drinks or go to the pub, but also have independent lives.

Rent is due in advance and a month's rent as a security bond is required.
