The flat is situated in Archway, 3 minutes walk from Archway tube station (Northern Line, 3 stops from Camden Town) and plenty of bus stops.
It is a big flat, with large kitchen/dining area, backyard, and very friendly flatmates. We often have a glass of wine together in the evenings, but everyone has different plans for the day, so nobody is in each other's way.
The room is a big twin room, two wardrobes, two dressers, big desk.
Internet and all bills are included. You will share with a friendly Italian girl.

The area is amazing, 15 minutes bus from Camden town, 5 minutes on the tube. Full of shops, cheap supermarkets and pubs. It is extremely well connected, direct night buses from pretty much any area of London.

I took the room from an Agency, so you'll have to do the contract with them.
If you take the room, you'll be able move here on the 16th of february. I'll leave on the 14th. 4 days will be already paid, and I don't wonna nothing, the week from 17-24, are 80£ because I have already paid to the agency.
The agency will ask you 3 weeks as a deposit (which they'll give you back when you'll leave, but you have to give them 3 weeks or 2 of notice, like in every place)
so… 3weeks of deposit, 2 weeks of rent, 50 agency's fee and 30 of deposit for the key (they'll give youthe 30 back if you don't lose or don't break the key). Anyway, you will be in the room, in 16th but the contract will start on the 25th february. and for take the room, you have to make a precontract with the agency are 130£, but of course will be deducted from the total.

I was forgetting, we have the dryer!
