I'm an 18 year old professional, soon to be a student again. I'm urgently looking for two flatmates to replace two who left the rental agreement at late notice.

The flat is in High Heaton, pretty much bang on the number 1 bus route (ideal for travelling to college/uni) and about five minutes away from Chillingham Road metro station. It's an upstairs flat, with a built in kitchen and bathroom. There are three bedrooms and a living room, and it's fully furnished, though I'm bringing in two extra sofas and some TV's and things from where I'm living now. The address is 120 Rokeby Terrace, and it's about a minutes walk away from Tesco, a Garage, takeaways etc.

I'm not fussed about age, as long as it's not a problem with anyone else, and I am a smoker, but I'm willing to keep it in my bedroom at the window if it's an issue. I'm not looking for anyone in particular, just someone honest and easygoing.
