We are looking for preferably gay housemates or openmind fun loving people aged between the ages of 20 & 35 to share our lovely 4-bedroom house with spacious kitchen and living area, that has sky, Internet and phone (paid monthly on top of rent), Garden area, We have a black gay cat called Blacky (Original I know). But no other pets are allowed.

We have one very clean and tidy bathroom that has a bath and a shower that is shared by all in the house.

Current housemates are a Outgoing 29 year old gay guy and 28 year old outgoing bi lad. It's a non-smoking house but smokers are welcome (You can smoke in the Garden and the front of the house)

The area is nice and friendly with mainly families, Near to all amenities you would need.

Extra bills include; Gas, Water, Electricity, Council Tax, Internet. TV, Sky (Roughly A80 a month or less)

MINIMUM CONTRACT - 6 Months
