Large double room in a sunny garden flat on a quiet street in the heart of Kensal Green. This flat is a 3 minutes walk to Kensal Green tube station. There are plenty of bus options around and the overland routes can be found 5 minutes away in Kensal Rise.
This is a 2 bedroom flat, the room for rent is a large double room furnished with a double bed, fitted wardrobes, chest of draws and shelving unit, there is enough space for however many shoes, bags or dresses you may own! The flat is open plan kitchen, dining and living space which leads out into the garden ' see pictures it really is nice and a total suntrap. Of course bathroom and my room as well.
I am a female professional, non smoker and would preferably be looking for someone like minded. I work in the city during the week and am out quite a bit but otherwise enjoy a glass of wine at home in the evening with dinner. Pretty easy going and relaxed but like to keep the place clean and tidy with someone who likes a glass of vino too.
Kensal Green is very cool now days and there are a host of good pubs, restaurants, takeaways, deli's and boutique shops to keep you busy. There is a garage, newsagents and dry cleaners within walking distance and Sainsbury's Ladbroke Grove is a 5 minutes walk away.
All the usual appliances are here, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, wifi and landline.
The rent is A610 per month, with one month's security deposit also payable. Bills are not included in this but amount to no more than A50 a month.
