We have just moved into a beautiful flat and are looking for a third and possibly fourth body to share our home.

My son and I will both be studying in September and we both have very full lives so we shan't be in your hair too much. My son likes his Xbox, his Parkour and his girlfriend but not necessarily in that order! I like my Radio 4, my very limited vinyl collection and the books on my reading list. I make 'heart attack' breakfasts every Saturday morning and now that Autumn is on route the obligatory Sunday roast will be a regular event. Nothing much gets our goats, so we're after someone of a similar ilk.

The room available is huge with views over Clissold Park. The bathroom is large too with an ample bath with power shower. The kitchen is very modern. We have a sunny balcony and the use of a shared garden. Highbury & Islington tube is a 10 minute bus ride away and there are loads of buses that will take you into town right from our door step.
