A double room is available in our lively and sociable share-house near Clapham Junction.

The room is large and comes with its own vanity, T. V, desk, set of draws and double bed with plenty of hanging storage underneath, and has a bathroom opposite the bedroom door.

The house has 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, with wi-fi internet, sky tv, washing machine and dryer, a large open plan kitchen and lounge room and a brilliant top level balcony that gets the sun all weekend long! Our new BBQ will sit proudly out there, eagerly awaiting our summer family dinners!

You will be living with 6 other people, mainly Aussies, plus a Kiwi guy and an English girl. We are all between the ages of 21-28 and love a good chat at night after work while sitting in the lounge room together or drinking on the terrace or going out together over the weekends. We are a sociable house who love a good drinking session and enjoy each others company…

We are looking for someone to join the family.

The house is situated just a 10min walk from Clapham Junction Station, great transport links with buses going everywhere plus the Overground rail, and the Northern Line from Clapham Common is only a 5min bus ride or 20min walk away. Asda is a short walk away and there's an Off-License at the end of the street as well for cold beers, ciders and wine or hangover cure pizzas. Clapham Common is a favourite to go out in and drink our pay away! The area is great for anything you need: restaurants, pubs, clubs, wide green spaces, transport!

Onto the technical stuff…
The room is £540 per month, paid on the 1st of every month. There is a bond of £540. Since the room is available half way through the month (on 16th July) you will pay £270 plus the £540 bond on arrival to the leaving housemate. Bills are capped at £50 per month, no more no less, and that includes EVERYTHING…
Another great thing is that there is no tenancy lease to be locked into. We are looking for someone who wants to stay long term-ish, but the option is always there if your plans change to move out whenever you like.

We are looking for someone who is a-like us: who likes to go out and have fun over the weekends, who is friendly, sociable, considerate and caring of others, and who is a team player who will help keep our great share-house in working order.
