A double room available to rent from 1st October 2011 in Paddington, the room is perfect for an Imperial student based on St Mary's Campus. The room is has a good sized wardrobe and a desk. Ideally located - only a 2 mins away from St Mary's Hospital, Paddington Station and Edgware Road. There is a shared big bathroom and kitchen with all the basics (fridge/freezer, hob, microwave, washer/dryer). Please note there is no living room. The place is very clean and the landlord is lovely. The flat would be shared with a postgrad female (me), I'm a hard worker and very clean and tidy. But I do love to socialise and go out and am very sporty too!
