A nice light and airy double room to rent in a two-level flat-share with two lovely friendly girls in their 20s. Professional girl preferred. Must be clean and tidy and a non-smoker.

We like to do our own thing and are out and about a lot of the time, but it's fun to all meet up occasionally for the odd movie, take-away and glass of wine.

5 minutes walk to Kennington station (8 minutes on the tube to Leicester Square), 5 minutes walk to Walworth Road which has all the usual local amenities including East Street Market and Morrisons and where lots of buses (including 24 hour) go from.

The room comes equipped with a double bed and fitted wardrobe. There is currently broadband, but this will need to be renewed when the current tenant moves out.

There is a nice large communal living room with two sofas, a large TV, and a fully fitted kitchen including brand new oven and hob and bathroom (with great shower! ). There is also a washing machine and even though we haven't used it yet, there is a dishwasher.

There is plenty of on street parking.
