Hi, we are looking for flatmates. We have just moved into a lovely 3 bedroom place in a well-kept quiet area of Southgate with a garden. The house is fairly modern and newly furnished.

The large room has new double bed, wardrobe and bedside tables and is available immediately. Single room is unfurnished but we have a car so could help with getting furniture if needed. Add A10 to the room cost to cover bills.

We are a guy and a girl, both 27, working professionals who like to chill at home but also like to get out there and do things. We are looking for a preferably professional person who can tidy up after themselves and who is fun and friendly.
