Hi there. We are a couple living in a spacious flat in Winchmore Hill and we are now looking for new flatmates. We have lived here for over an year now and we really like the area as it is quite. It is closed to Palmers Green, Southgate and Enfield Town. There are day and night buses, bus station right across the street; Picadilly Line in Southgate(10mins ride with bus from our place); Overground in Winchmore Hill(10mins walk) and also, free parking! The flat is really spacious and we have a double and a single room available from 14 of April. We are looking for nice, easygoing and friendly people to share this flat with, students or professionals. We don`t have any photos of the flat at the moment, but it is really worth to have a look.
