I have a double room in a spacious flat available from 1st October 2011.

The room has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a tall/thin shelving unit (rather than the furniture in the picture as some of it will be moved out when the current tenant leaves and some will be moved in). There is a shared kitchen, large lounge with table, bathroom with a shower above the bath, a separate toilet and a communal garden. The flat is in good condition and has Virgin TV and broadband internet.

It is only an 8 minute walk to East Finchley tube and there is a bus stop right outside the flat where the N20 night bus stops. There is also free off-road parking.

I am a 25 year old, who works full-time and enjoys sports, movies, travelling and going out with friends. I'm looking for a friendly housemate who is a young professional working full time and who is sociable, relaxed and will treat the flat as a home but with respect.

East Finchley is great place to live. It has a good selection of pubs and restaurants, it's near to Hampstead Heath and there's a gym and cinema near by. It's only 12 minutes to Camden on the tube and 20/25 minutes into the centre of London.

The room is £520 per month plus bills (council tax, water, gas, electricity, Virgin TV and internet).
