We are 3 Aussie girls 28-34 looking for a 4th flatmate for our 4 bed non-smoking terrace house between Clapham Junction and Clapham South. We are all working professionals that have been in the UK for 3+ yrs and have busy and independent lives but also enjoy socialising together. Looking for someone long term who will fit the dynamic of the house. Our first preference is a female flatmate but may be open to couples. Lease currently runs until July 2011 with the intention to extend.

Large loft converted room with large built-in wardrobe and en-suite. Furnished with double bed (under-bed storage), table and TV. There is also storage within the loft. The house is the top 2 floors of a terrace house. With large modern kitchen (including dishwasher), large open plan lounge/dining space, fully furnished with sofa bed for the occasional overnight visitors. Wi-fi throughout the house.

Transport: Buses - G1 at end of street, 319 2-3min walk, Clapham South tube (northern line) 10 min walk, Clapham Junction Overland 10-12 min (buses go from house to both stations). Street parking is available free between 530pm and 930 am and weekends or pay/permit.
