Hi all!

My flatmate is about to relocate due to job change so from 4th of March onwards there will be a room available in a 2 bedroom flat in amazingly beautiful Maida Vale.

Bear in mind that it's a small single bedroom, with a relatively big closet (unless of course you are a girl and you have trillions of pairs of shoes lol) and a double bed.

The flat is LOVELY, definitely not like the majority of CRAP flats in London, it's on the second floor, is recenlty renovated, fully furnished, wooden floors, 2 bathrooms (you'd have a bathroom on your own), balcony with gardens view, big windows (it's extra extra bright even in the dark london days), BBQ on the balcony, open plan kitchen, washing machine, dryer, individual heating.

The flat's location is seriously spot on. Literally 1 minute walk from Maida Vale tube station, (bakerloo line), two stops to Paddington (you can pop to Heathrow in 20 minutes) and a recreation centre with gym (neighbours get a discount), tennis and foodball courts, race track etc around the corner (1 minute walk). 24/7 Tesco very close, loads of restaurants for breakfast/ brunch etc (Rauls, cafe rouge), deli's, local off licenses next to tube, the bloody lot. You name it we have it. Little Venice around the corner, as well as Regant's park (5min cycling). There is a Barklays cycle docking station very close as well.

The price is £250 per week (£1083 per month). Please bear in mind that bills are NOT included. You are looking at approximately £60pm water, electric, gas plus council tax. At the moment I've got the Westminster one person discount which is around £60 per month (£30 per person).

I'm clean, tidy, chatty, friendly and as easy going as possible and just as happy to have a quiet night in watching movies etc, pop out for a glass of wine or go for a big night out with mates.
