We are looking for someone who wants to live in a friendly house shared with other 3 flatmates. the House is a 4 bedrooms house, with a living room, bathroom, kitchen and a back yard where you can sunbathing.
As you can see in the picture the room is really big, spacious and very bright (more or less 14m²) with a double bed.

The house is located 5 minutes walking from the tube station (East Acton) and also you have a lot of buses near the house (272, 228, 95, 72, 283, 7, 70, … )
the area is so quiet and safe.
The payment details are:
- £123 per week (£490 per month) with the following bills included: Sky, Council tax, house ph, Internet WiFi, Water and Tv licence.

- 1 month as a deposit
