we are looking for a flatmate in this fantastic flat in Earls Court.
The Flat: Second floor. Front door of the building and stairs to the flat are very classy and tidy. The flat includes a nice leaving room with an open kitchen and a big table for social dinners (up to 8/10 people! ). Very comfortable sofa in front of a big plasma TV. Quality is very high throughout the flat. The flat is literally less than a minute from the station (Piccadilly and District lines), 2 mins from (small) M&S, 5 mins from big Tesco open 24/7 and mins from restaurants and bars of Old Brompton Road, Hollywood Rad and Fulham Road, 2 tube stations away from Notting Hill and 2 from South Kensington.
The room: The room has a double bed, plenty of storage and an ensuite bathroom
The tenants: I am Nico and I wok in finance in the City, generally long hours. I am a very social person and enjoy social dinners with friends in the flat as well as going out. I live in the other bedroom with my partner Sylvia. Sylvia is a lawyer and a great cook! We are very friendly, clean and generous. We are both in our late twenties. We do not owned the flat.
The deal: we are looking for a professional, preferably a girl (but we are open to consider a boy). Rent is £265pw. Moving in date from this Monday.
