I have a pleasant sized room to let in a shared house with one adult gay male, two well behaved one large and elderlyish and one small and young there is also a cat and just for good measure two gold fish. The room comes furnished large brass bed, chest of drawers etc. there are two bathrooms in the house so you would have your own bathroom although the cat gets fed in there so that the dogs do not eat his food. the house is detached on a Cul de sac on the edge of Thorpe Astley (Meridian side) There is plenty of off road parking, a pleasant rear gardens and despite the animals it is kept clean and tidy. the bathrooms and kitchen have all been refitted and are all very pleasant. I am looking for someone that is in employment comfortable living in a gay house hold, most probably a mature person, male or female obviously must like pets as that could be an obvious non starter if you do not. due to location and not the best public transport net work a car owner/ driver would be a good idea however if you work 9 til 5 then the bus in to town is adequate
as for me I am an easy going mature single guy, like walking my dogs, cycling, gym play badminton ( not very well but getting better), I am out quite a lot but more for exercise than socially
In full time employment. Whilst I would expect us both to have relatively independent lives am not going to deny the fact that it would be nice to have another person in the house again, some one to talk to etc. Thank you for taking the time to read and if this is not what you are looking for.
