The flat is a first (top) floor conversion in the lovely and peaceful Creffield Road area, halfway between West Acton and Ealing Common tube stations. It's a 4.5m x 3m (approx) room with a double bed, 2 wardrobes (one with drawers) and a bookcase. There's one other bedroom, a bathroom with combined bath/shower, a separate shower room, a smallish kitchen and a large living room.

Everything's in good condition and is available from the middle of February, possibly sooner - this can be negotiated.

I'm looking for a relaxed, mature, quiet and good-humoured flatmate - preferably over 30 (I’m 45). I'm English and I work in Ealing writing programme guides for TV, I'm at home more often than I'm out in the evenings and here most weekends. At present, it's highly likely that I’ll be moving out in the summer - in which case you’ll be able to find a new flatmate and move to the other room if you wish.

It's about a 15 minute walk to Ealing, which has most types of shopping, and 10 mins to Ealing Common, which is a nice place to hang out in summer.

Council tax, landline, Sky TV & broadband, TV licence and water add up to £150 per month, plus gas and electricity.
