I’m letting a single room in Commercial Road, just in front of the London Metropolitan University and the Dryden Building in the Skyline Plaza Building, 2 minute walk from Aldgate East station, 10 minute walk from Liverpool Street.

You will be sharing flat with me, a 24 yo Spanish professional studying a Postgraduate Master at the University.

I’m looking for an easy going person (student or professional), clean and tidy.

The flat is being refurnished and repainted and will be available for the 11th of February. Bath will be completly new. I'll upload the pictures as soon as I can.

I can tell you this is a must see flat, I've seen over 40 flats in the area and I finally decieded up on this one because: the building is very nice and secure, the flat is spacious for 2 people, you have a nice view of the city from the lounge, it has a nice kitchen (which you will use), it has a nice lounge and all the furniture is going to be brand new, the rooms are nice, the bathroom is going to be completely new, the situation of the building is perfect (close to Aldgate East and 10 minute walk from the city), the views from the communal terrace are spectacular.

We will be sharing the bathroom, the kitchen and the lounge.
The flat is located in a secure and nice building.

The minimun stay is for 3 months.

I'm looking for a long-term flatmate (the contract I have signed with the agency is for 3 years).

The price of the room is 180 PW. 1 month rent and 5 weeks deposit required.
